Fulham have turned down an offer from Napoli for midfielder Sasa Lukic.

Lukic has played in Serie A throughout his tenure at Torino, however he joined Fulham on the transfer deadline day in January 2023. And it appears that Napoli is interested in bringing him back to Serie A.

According to Marco Conterio, the Partenopei’s interest in the 27-year-old is legitimate, and an offer has been made to the midfielder. Fulham politely declined, as Napoli offered a €2.5 million loan deal with the option to acquire him permanently for €9 million.

The Serbian has only made 11 Premier League appearances this season, but he has played fewer than 400 minutes of first-team time, implying that he isn’t getting the minutes he would like.
