Exclusive: Southampton deal with Burnley successful but transfer stalled..

According to the latest rumors, Saints and Burnley agreed on a deal for Manuel Benson, but the transaction has since stagnated, despite reports that the player wants to join Southampton.

Yesterday, numerous media outlets stated that Burnley’s Manuel Benson wanted to join Saints, so Burnley took the bullet and prepared to talk to Saints after getting hot under the collar over not selling Nathan Redmond cheaply to them,however according to report the transfer is currently stalled due to unspecified concern.
