€45-50m Asking price for Milan super player might step up if he finishes the season with a flurry of goals…
AC Milan is strategizing meticulously to secure their €45-50 million target, Joshua Zirkzee. Despite his name being constantly in the transfer talks leading up to the summer window, Milan is determined to make a decisive move to acquire him.
As reported by Calciomercato.com, Milan understands that successfully landing Zirkzee will necessitate not only a well-crafted strategy but also a substantial financial offer. Consequently, the club’s management is already laying the groundwork for their proposal, with formal negotiations scheduled to commence in May and June.
While Bologna is in contention for fourth place, Milan aims to approach the situation with patience, avoiding any distractions that could hinder their pursuit of Zirkzee.
Nevertheless, Zirkzee’s value is on the rise with each game he plays, potentially driving his asking price even higher, currently hovering around €45-50 million. His proficiency in scoring goals, creating opportunities, and his young age of 22 make him an enticing prospect for Milan, placing him at the forefront of their transfer priorities.
Geoffrey Moncada, in an effort to mitigate the financial burden, is considering including additional players as counterparts. One such player is Alexis Saelemaekers, currently on loan at Bologna with a purchase option. Additionally, Milan may offer Lorenzo Colombo, valued at €15 million, as part of the deal.
