New Deal:Fulham fresh deal confirmed yesterday..

Fulham is currently engaged in discussions with Tete, Tosin Adarabioyo, and Bobby De Cordova-Reid regarding potential contract extensions, as confirmed by head coach Marco Silva yesterday.

Adarabioyo and De Cordova-Reid’s existing contracts with Fulham are set to expire at the end of the current season. The club opted to activate one-season extensions for both players after their significant contributions to Fulham’s return to the Premier League and their impressive performances on the field. Adarabioyo, who has attracted interest from clubs like Liverpool and AC Milan, has particularly stood out since returning from injury.

De Cordova-Reid, who recently marked his 200th appearance for Fulham, is also in talks to prolong his tenure at Craven Cottage. Meanwhile, Fulham holds an option to extend Tete’s contract by an additional twelve months beyond its expiry in June. However, Tete has faced challenges regaining his starting position in the team after being sidelined due to injury, with summer signing Timothy Castagne assuming the right-back role.

Silva addressed the contract situations during his press conference before Fulham’s match against Wolverhampton, stating that discussions with Tete’s agent are ongoing, while negotiations are underway with Adarabioyo and De Cordova-Reid and their respective representatives. The club’s aim is to retain these players for the upcoming season.

Regarding speculation about his future amid Fulham’s success, Silva emphasized his focus on the present, stressing his commitment to improving the club both on and off the pitch. He expressed his dedication to working with the current squad to enhance their collective and individual performances, prioritizing Fulham’s progress above personal considerations.
