C.J. Henderson, aged 25, originally entered the NFL as the ninth overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars from the University of Florida. Despite high expectations, he has yet to fully meet the anticipated performance levels during his four seasons in the league.

His tenure with the Jaguars was relatively short-lived, as he expressed a desire to be traded after just over a year with the team.
