Cardiff City | Bulut updates fans on banished duo and five rivals eye £11m ex-Bluebird
Cardiff City boss Erol Bulut has confirmed that Callum Robinso and Mahlon Romeo will soon return to the squad after being sidelined due to disciplinary issues at Birmingham City.
During their recent match against Millwall, both players were absent from the squad, with Bulut providing explanations for their absence. Romeo was omitted due to past issues with his former club, while Robinson had disciplinary matters to address.
Bulut stated post-match, “Mahlon is not here because of the past, the club he had problems, that’s why we didn’t take him with us. But he will be, when he’s fit, the next game, with the squad. With Robbo, we had a talk, so he knows what mistake he did, he accepted it, so when everything is OK he can also be back with the team.”
Cardiff is gearing up to face Southampton this weekend, with both Robinson and Romeo expected to be available for selection.
