According to Diggs, the thought of returning home has always been in the back of his mind. He recalled having similar feelings when he decided to attend the University of Maryland, choosing to stay close to home early in his football career. Diggs emphasized that nothing has been finalized, but he also made it clear that he has not ruled out signing with the Commanders.
