Former Coventry City midfielder Jamie Allen is attracting interest from Championship clubs Derby County and QPR after becoming a free agent this summer.

According to reports from Football League World, both Derby County and QPR are closely monitoring the experienced midfielder, with Allen reportedly viewed as a significant transfer target due to his extensive Championship pedigree.
Having made over 200 appearances for Coventry, Allen remains a respected figure despite finding regular first-team opportunities limited under manager Frank Lampard last season. His availability on a free transfer is expected to attract considerable attention from clubs seeking proven experience in midfield.
